Apricot Mousse Delight
Ingredients:
1 cup apricot fruit puree
1 cup cream (whipped)
1/4 water glass of powdered sugar
2 leaves of gelatin
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Apricot slices (garnish) for)
Preparation:
- Soft the gelatin leaves in cold water. . Then heat it slightly and melt it.
- Mix the apricot puree and powdered sugar in a bowl, then add the melted gelatin.
- Add the whipped cream and vanilla to the mixture and mix gently.
- Divide the mixture into bowls and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Decorate it with apricot slices and serve.
