Berry Bliss Pancake Stack
Ingredients:
1 cup red forest fruit puree
1.5 cups flour
1 tablespoon powder sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg

1 glass of milk
2 tablespoons of butter (melted)
Fresh forest fruits (for decoration)
Powdered sugar (optional)
Preparation:
- Mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, eggs, Beat the milk and butter.
- Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until homogeneous. Obtain a dough.
- Cook the pancakes by lightly oiling the pan and frying both sides in golden color over medium heat.
- Arrange the pancakes on top of each other and create layers with red forest fruit puree. Decorate it with fresh forest fruits and powdered sugar.
