Blackberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
1 glass of blackberry fruit puree
1 glass of milk (almond milk or coconut milk optional)
< p>3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Fresh blackberries and mint leaves (garnish) for)
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine blackberry puree, milk and honey. Mix well.
Add chia seeds and mix again.
Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
When serving, top with fresh blackberries and mint. Serve by adding leaves.
