Blackcurrant Cheesecake Cup
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of blackcurrant flavored syrup
100 g cream cheese
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of biscuit crumbs
1 teaspoon of butter (melted)
Fresh currants (to decorate) for)
Preparation:
Create a base by mixing biscuit crumbs with melted butter and place it in small glasses.< /p>
Put the cream cheese, yoghurt and honey into a bowl and whisk, stirring until it reaches a thick consistency.
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base.
Add the currant syrup and mix gently. Place it in the freezer.
After it cools, decorate it with fresh currants and serve cold.
