Chai Tea Cheesecake
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chai tea powder
200 g cream cheese
1/2 cup cream< /p>
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
10 biscuits (for the base)
2 tablespoons of butter (melted)
Preparation:
Crush the biscuits and mix them with butter to make cheesecake. Prepare the base and press it into a springform mold.
Scratch the cream cheese, cream, sugar, chai tea powder and egg to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Put the mixture on the biscuit base. pour it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 30-35 minutes.
Serve after cooling and resting in the refrigerator for a few hours.
