Chocolate Delight Parfait
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chocolate flavored syrup
200 g mascarpone or labneh cheese
1/2 glass of cream
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 glass of biscuit crumbs (e.g. petibor)
1/2 glass of milk
Grated chocolate and strawberry slices (for decoration)
Prepare the chocolate-loving cream: chocolate flavored syrup, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar and cream. Whisk in a bowl to obtain a smooth mixture.
First, sprinkle a layer of biscuit crumbs into a serving glass or bowl. Drizzle some milk over it.
Add a layer of chocolate cream. Continue this process layer by layer until the ingredients run out.
Decorate the top with grated chocolate and strawberry slices.
Let the dessert rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and serve cold.
