Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of coconut flavored syrup200 g grated coconut1 egg white1/4 cup granulated sugar1/2 teaspoon vanilla essencePreparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and cover the baking tray with baking paper.
- Beat the egg white in a bowl, then add the sugar and vanilla extract.
- Coconut flavored syrup and Add grated coconut to the mixture and mix.
- From the mixture. Take small balls and place them on the tray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until they turn a light golden color.
