Creamy Yogurt Cheesecake Cups
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of creamy yoghurt powder
1 glass of cold milk
1 tablespoon of labneh cheese< /p>
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
1 glass of crushed biscuits
2 tablespoons of butter (melted)
For the topping: Fruit puree ( strawberry or raspberry)
Preparation:
Mix Creamy yoghurt powder with milk to get a yoghurt consistency. Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar and whisk.
Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and divide equally into small glasses.
Pour the yoghurt mixture on top and put fruit puree on top. Add it.
Serve after keeping it in the refrigerator to cool.
