Hot Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of hot chocolate powder
100 grams of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour
A pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Mix butter and dark chocolate. Melt it.
- Mix the sugar, egg and hot chocolate powder and add it to the chocolate mixture.
- Add the flour and salt and mix to obtain a homogeneous consistency.
- Pour the mixture into greased molds. and bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
- The top of the cakes should be firm and the inside should be fluid. Serve hot.
