Passion Fruit Coconut Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup passion fruit puree
- 2 tablespoons powdered gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh passion fruit (garnish) for)
Preparation:
- Heat the coconut milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat (be careful not to boil).
- Dissolve the powdered gelatin by mixing it with 2 tablespoons of cold water in another bowl, then add it to the hot mixture and ensure that it dissolves thoroughly.
- Add passion fruit puree and vanilla extract and mix the mixture. Pour into bowls and Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Decorate with fresh passion fruit before serving.
