Peanut Butter Chocolate Tart
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peanut flavored syrup
200 g oat biscuits (crumbled)
80 g melted butter
1 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup cream
100 g dark chocolate (melted)
Peanut crumbs (for decoration)
Preparation:
Mix the crumbled biscuits with butter and Create a base by pressing it into a tart mould.
Beat cream cheese, cream and peanut syrup and pour over the tart base.
Pour melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with peanut crumbs. Decorate.
Serve by slicing after cooling in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
