Raspberry Cheesecake Delight
Ingredients:
200 g biscuits (crumbled)
80 g melted butter
300 g cream cheese
200 ml cream
3 tablespoons raspberry fruit puree
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Fresh raspberries (garnish) for)
Preparation:
Mix the crumbled biscuits with butter and put them in a tart mold. or press into small glasses.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and raspberry puree. Whisk the cream in a separate bowl and add it to this mixture.
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base.
Decorate it with fresh raspberries and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Keep it cold. serve.
