Raspberry Chocolate Tart
Ingredients:
- For the Tart Base:
- 1.5 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup butter (cold and diced)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- For Chocolate Cream:
- 1 glass milk
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of raspberry flavored syrup
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 eggs

- Fresh raspberries
- Powdered sugar
< /ul>Preparation:
- Tart To prepare the base, mix and knead flour, butter and powdered sugar. Add the egg, gather the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Spread the dough into the tart mold and bake it in the oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes.
- To prepare the chocolate cream, heat the milk, flour and Add raspberry syrup and cook until the mixture thickens. Then add the eggs and mix quickly.
- Pour the chocolate cream onto the tart base and bake it in the oven again for 20 minutes.
- After it has cooled, add fresh raspberries and serve by decorating with powdered sugar.
