Raspberry Chocolate Tart
  • Ingredients:

    • For the Tart Base:
      • 1.5 cups of flour
      • 1/2 cup butter (cold and diced)
      • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
      • 1 egg yolk
    • For Chocolate Cream:
      • 1 glass milk
      • 200 g dark chocolate
      • 2 tablespoons of raspberry flavored syrup
      • 2 tablespoons of flour
      • 2 eggs
      • < /ul>
      • For Decoration:
        • Fresh raspberries
        • Powdered sugar
      • < /ul>
      • Preparation:

        1. Tart To prepare the base, mix and knead flour, butter and powdered sugar. Add the egg, gather the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
        2. Spread the dough into the tart mold and bake it in the oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes.
        3. To prepare the chocolate cream, heat the milk, flour and Add raspberry syrup and cook until the mixture thickens. Then add the eggs and mix quickly.
        4. Pour the chocolate cream onto the tart base and bake it in the oven again for 20 minutes.
        5. After it has cooled, add fresh raspberries and serve by decorating with powdered sugar.
