Salep Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon milky salep powder
2 glasses of milk
1 pack of gelatin (or 1 tablespoon spoon of agar agar)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Vanilla extract (optional)
Fruit sauce or fresh fruit sauce for topping fruit
Preparation:
- Heat the milk in a pot and mix it with sugar. mix.
- Add milky salep powder and mix until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
- Dissolve the gelatin in cold water, add it to the mixture and melt it by stirring.
- Pour the mixture into serving containers and refrigerate it until it reaches a homogeneous consistency. less than 4 hours Let it cool.
- Serve it by garnishing it with fruit sauce.
