Ingredients:

1 glass of strawberry fruit puree

1/2 glass of freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 water glass of soda

2 tablespoons of honey or sugar

Fresh mint leaves and strawberry slices (garnish) for)

Ice

Preparation:

• Mix strawberry puree and lemon juice in a jug.
• Add honey or sugar and stir to dissolve.
• Add soda and stir gently.
• Pour into glasses filled with ice. Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves and strawberry slices.
