Ingredients:

1 cup strawberry fruit puree

2 cups milk

3 tablespoons corn starch

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fresh strawberry slices and mint leaves (garnish) for)

Preparation:

• Mix milk and corn starch together. place it in a pot, stir well and cook over low heat.
• Add sugar and strawberry puree to the mixture and continue stirring.
• When it starts to thicken, add vanilla essence and remove it from the stove.
• Share it in bowls and let it cool.
• Decorate with fresh strawberry slices and mint leaves before serving.
