Strawberry Cloud Tiramisu
Ingredients:
1 glass of strawberry fruit puree
1 pack of cat tongue biscuits
200 g mascarpone cheese

1 cup cream (whipped)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh strawberry slices (garnish) for)
Preparation:
- Mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl. Add the whipped cream and mix gently.
- Dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the strawberry puree and place them in a serving bowl.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture on them. Repeat the layers.
- Let the dessert rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices before serving.
