Tropical Bliss Energy Balls
Ingredients:
1/2 cup tropical fruit puree
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 water cup chopped dried fruit (apricot, mango, pineapple)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup grated coconut (outer coating for)
Preparation:
Make tropical fruit puree, oatmeal, dry Place the fruits and nuts in a mixing bowl.
Add honey and knead the mixture thoroughly.
Make small balls from the mixture and coat them in grated coconut.
Serve after resting in the refrigerator for 1 hour. .
