Ingredients:

1 cup tropical fruit puree

2 cups cream cheese

1 cup cream

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 pack of biscuits (crushed)

1/4 cup melted butter

Fresh fruit slices ( ornament for)

Preparation:

Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and put them in a springform. place it on the bottom of the mold by pressing it.

Mix the cream cheese, cream and sugar by whisking.

Add the tropical fruit puree and mix until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.

Mix the mixture into the biscuit base. Pour over and refrigerate at least Cool for 4 hours.

Serve by decorating with fresh fruit slices.
