Ingredients:

1 cup brewed and cooled black tea

1/2 cup passion fruit puree

1 teaspoon honey or sugar

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Ice

Fresh mint leaves and lemon slices (garnish) for)

Preparation:

• Cooled tea, passion fruit Mix puree and lemon juice in a jug.
• Add honey or sugar and mix until well dissolved.
• Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over it.
• Mint leaves and Serve by garnishing with lemon slices.
