Watermelon Cheesecake Cups
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup watermelon flavored syrup
- 200 g labneh or cream cheese
- 1 cup cream (whipped)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 10 biscuits (crumbled)
- Fresh mint and watermelon slices (garnish) for)
Preparation:
Base:
- Share the crumbled biscuits evenly under the glasses.
Creamy mixture:
- Beat the cream cheese, watermelon flavored syrup and powdered sugar.
- Fold the whipped cream. Add and mix gently with a spatula.
Filling into glasses:
- Add the cream mixture onto the biscuits.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Service:
- Top with fresh mint leaves and watermelon slices decorate.
