Wild Berry Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 2 cups strained yoghurt
- 1 cup red forest fruit puree
- 1/ 2 cups honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:< /h5>- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. stir.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Divide into bowls. Serve garnished with fresh fruits.
