Serving suggestion

The deep purple colour of blackberry creates a strong contrast with coffee in a clear glass. Add a few fresh blackberries or a small mint leaf for a more appealing presentation. Serving with a straw makes the refreshing sensation more noticeable.

Ingredients

• 30 ml 4RR Blackberry Fruit Drink Mix
• 45 ml espresso
• 8 ice cubes
• Cold water to fill the rest of the glass

Preparation

1. Add 4RR Blackberry Fruit Drink Mix to the bottom of a 14 oz glass.
2. Add 8 ice cubes.
3. Fill the glass with cold water.
4. Add the espresso and stir gently to blend the flavours.
