PRESENTATION SUGGESTION
The bright red tone of the raspberry creates a strong contrast with the coffee in a transparent glass. You can make the presentation more attractive by adding a few fresh raspberries or a small mint leaf on top. When served with a straw, the refreshing and slightly acidic drinking experience is strengthened. ​

Materials

• 30 ml 4RR Raspberry Fruit Drink Mix

• 45 ml espresso

• 8 ice cubes

• The rest of the glass is cold water​

Preparation

• Add 4RR Raspberry Fruit Drink Mix to the bottom of a 14oz glass.

• Add 8 ice cubes on top.

• Fill the glass with cold water.

• Add the espresso and stir gently.
